| Cypress Grove Estates Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CG&E Holdings Corporation, a real estate development company that started operating in 1991 with a high-end townhouse development in Grace Village, Quezon City called Bellevue, under the company Bellevue Properties. It later built an affordable subdivision composed of townhouses and single-detached units, St. Jude Village, located right beside Ayala Southvale Village (ASV) which is a joint project of Ayala Land, Inc.(ALI) and SM Investments Corporation (SMIC). SMIC had 80 plus lots in the partnership which it sold through an exclusive marketing agency it granted to CGE South Hills Ventures, Inc., a subsduary of CG&E Holdings Corp. The latest addition to the CGE Group is Cypress Grove Estates Corporation which aims to offer quality affordable townhomes in selected urban areas. Its first area is Camarin, Caloocan City where it is developing The Bellefonte, 606 townhomes of which only 3 units are remaining. Cypress Grove Estates Corp. works with licensed real estate brokers in its marketing effort. New accreditations are welcome. |
